女性科技人才是科技人才队伍的重要组成部分,是我国科技事业十分重要的力量,撑起了我国科技事业半边天。为进一步激发女性科技人才创新活力,更好发挥女性科技人才在推动创新驱动发展、实现高水平科技自立自强、建设世界科技强国中的重要作用,科技部、全国妇联、教育部、工业和信息化部、人力资源社会保障部、卫生健康委、国资委、中科院、工程院、社科院、全国总工会、中国科协、自然科学基金委共同制定了《关于支持女性科技人才在科技创新中发挥更大作用的若干措施》(以下简称《若干措施》),并于2021年6月正式印发。
《若干措施》坚持性别平等、机会平等,从培养造就高层次女性科技人才、大力支持女性科技人才创新创业、完善女性科技人才评价激励机制、支持孕哺期女性科技人才科研工作、加强女性后备科技人才培养、加强女性科技人才基础工作等6个方面有针对性地提出16项具体措施,为女性科技人才成长进步、施展才华、发挥作用创造更好政策环境。
其中,在“培养造就高层次女性科技人才”中明确指出,支持女性科技人才承担科技计划项目,更好发挥女性科技人才在科技决策咨询中的作用,支持女性科技人才参与国际科技交流合作,扩展女性科技人才科研学术网络,科技领域全国性学会、协会、研究会等要提高常务理事、学会负责人、会员以及代表中的女性比例,鼓励设立女科技工作者专门委员会。科技类学术会议要增加女性大会主席、主持人和主要学术报告人的数量,鼓励设立女性专场。

为健全完善科技成果评价体系,更好发挥科技成果评价作用,促进科技与经济社会发展更加紧密结合,加快推动科技成果转化为现实生产力,近日,国务院办公厅发布了《关于完善科技成果评价机制的指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。
《意见》中明确指出:要全面准确评价科技成果的科学、技术、经济、社会、文化价值。根据科技成果不同特点和评价目的,有针对性地评价科技成果的多元价值。技术价值重点评价重大技术发明,突出在解决产业关键共性技术问题、企业重大技术创新难题,特别是关键核心技术问题方面的成效。要健全完善科技成果分类评价体系。应用研究成果以行业用户和社会评价为主,注重高质量知识产权产出,把新技术、新材料、新工艺、新产品、新设备样机性能等作为主要评价指标。不涉及军工、国防等敏感领域的技术开发和产业化成果,以用户评价、市场检验和第三方评价为主,把技术交易合同金额、市场估值、市场占有率、重大工程或重点企业应用情况等作为主要评价指标。要改革完善科技成果奖励体系。强化国家科技奖励与国家重大战略需求的紧密结合,加大对基础研究和应用基础研究成果的奖励力度。要坚决破解科技成果评价中的“唯论文、唯职称、唯学历、唯奖项”问题。全面纠正科技成果评价中单纯重数量指标、轻质量贡献等不良倾向,鼓励广大科技工作者把论文写在祖国大地上。以破除“唯论文”和“SCI至上”为突破口,不把论文数量、代表作数量、影响因子作为唯一的量化考核评价指标。对具有重大学术影响、取得显著应用效果、为经济社会发展和国家安全作出突出贡献等高质量成果,提高其考核评价权重。不得把成果完成人的职称、学历、头衔、获奖情况、行政职务、承担科研项目数量等作为科技成果评价、科研项目绩效评价和人才计划评审的参考依据。

第十七届全国数学建模教学和应用会议于2021年8月2日至5日在贵州省贵阳市举行。会议由中国工业与应用数学学会主办,中国工业与应用数学学会数学模型专业委员会、全国大学生数学建模竞赛组委会、中国工业与应用数学学会教育委员会、贵州大学共同承办,全国大学生数学建模竞赛贵州赛区组委会协办。
会议于8月2日上午在贵州群升豪生大酒店多彩贵州会议中心举行了开幕式。全国大学生数学建模竞赛组委会主任、专家组组长、浙江大学陈叔平教授,中国工业与应用数学学会副理事长、全国大学生数学建模竞赛组委会秘书长、清华大学谢金星教授,中国工业与应用数学学会数学模型专业委员会主任、华东理工大学鲁习文教授,贵州大学数学与统计学院党委书记杨辉教授出席会议并致辞。
在会议之前,有来自全国各校的800多名教师在线注册,但受会前突如其来的疫情影响,最后有近260名教师代表参加了现场会议。会议组织委员专门成立防疫工作领导小组,会前做了大量有效的准备工作,会议期间积极配合当地政府和会议酒店的防疫工作,并对所有与会的代表现场做了全员核酸检测,有效保证了会议的成功举行。
本次会议主题包括:大数据时代的数学建模、人工智能与数学建模应用研究、数学建模与问题驱动的应用数学、数学建模与数学实验课程教学、数学建模微课程(案例)教学等。会议期间,浙江大学陈叔平教授、中国科学院大学郭田德教授、清华大学白峰杉教授、北京大学邓明华教授、华东师范大学吕长虹教授,贵阳市公安交通管理局沈齐高级工程师分别作了题为“提高建模水平从何入手—再谈数学建模的题目”、“人工智能的数学建模方法”、“从科学范式的角度看数学建模”、“基于深度学习的单细胞测序数据建模应用”、“图论模型和算法在企业中的应用”、“现代警务工作的数学模型与应用实践”的主题演讲报告。专家们结合自己的实际工作,分别从数学建模教学和应用研究的不同侧面作报告,精彩纷呈,受到了与会老师们的好评。为进一步深化数学建模活动的开展、加强培养大学生的创新意识和综合素质、提高数学建模教学与研究水平指明了方向,也为推动应用数学的教育事业发展起到了积极的作用。
会议期间,高等教育出版社、MathWorks公司、中国知网等分别举行了“高教社教学资源助力数学建模课程教学和竞赛培训”、“MATLAB与数学建模”、“中国知网与数学建模”等专题报告会。同时,多位老师在会上作了数学建模教学与应用研究的专题经验交流报告。
作为本次会议的重要内容,来自全国20多所学校的26名一线教师参加了第四届全国数学建模微课程(案例)教学竞赛决赛。根据实际情况,决赛采用线上和线下相结合的方式进行。通过线上和线下的“武艺”比拼,分享了成果,以赛促教,扩大了交流。

2021年7月6日国家天元数学中部中心2021年动力系统主题学术活动正式启动,本次活动包括两部分:7月6日-8日为动力系统暑期短期系列课程,7月10日-12日为微分方程中的动力系统理论研讨会。
本次短期课程邀请到了复旦大学严军教授、南开大学余国巍教授和上海交通大学王楷植教授三名专家进行讲授,课程共计18课时,采用了线上线下结合方式进行,共计50名同学参与了线下课程,150余名同学参加了云课堂学习,授课内容主要包括接触Hamilton动力系统、变分法在天体力学中的应用和一阶平均场博弈系统简介,课程期间线上和线下的同学们与授课讲师充分交流,讨论热烈,达到了较好的学习效果。
7月10日上午,微分方程中的动力系统理论研讨会开幕,会议由武汉大学数学与统计学院刘会教授主持,国家天元数学中部中心主任、武汉大学数学与统计学院院长赵会江教授致欢迎辞,国家天元数学中部中心学术委员会副主任、动力系统主题活动召集人、南京大学程崇庆教授致辞,程崇庆教授介绍了当前动力系统领域的学术发展现状和面临的挑战,希望通过本次学术活动加强动力系统领域学术交流,聚焦学科前沿问题展开更加深入的探讨,并感谢了中部中心为与会的专家、青年学者提供了交流平台。
会议期间,山东大学的胡锡俊教授等18名动力系统领域专家做学术报告,报告围绕哈密顿动力系统、KAM理论、随机动力系统、无穷维动力系统、天体力学与指标理论等主题展开,参会专家及青年教师、研究生就报告内容展开热烈交流和讨论。
本次研讨会以微分方程中的动力系统为主题,通过与会专家的报告和交流深入探讨了其中的理论、方法及应用,结合前期开展的短期课程活动,为中部地区科研人员和研究生群体提供了深入学习与交流合作的机会,促进高水平研究与创新,推动了动力系统及相关领域的发展。

The Department invites applications for a tenure-track faculty vacancy at the Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor rank specialising in applied/computational mathematics, especially with numerical partial differential equations and scientific computing, or an area which complements the Department's research profile.
Applicants should possess a relevant PhD degree with solid track record in research. Teaching experience is preferred. They are expected to be energetic and motivated and have strong commitment in teaching. They will also actively participate in current research and teaching programmes of the Department and be able to support its independent research with external research grants. Those with substantial teaching experience and a good record of scholarly achievements will be considered for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor/Professor. Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to three years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
