中国工业与应用数学学会旗舰会刊《CSIAM应用数学会刊》(CSIAM Transaction on Applied Mathematics)正式创刊。

该期刊的目标是为读者提供应用数学、计算数学或科学计算有关的原创性文章或高质量评论,强调数学在推动现代科学技术发展中的关键作用。目前,大数据和人工智能的快速发展极大地拓展了应用数学的应用范围,也给应用数学带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战,大家对应用数学相关研究成果交流与共享平台的需求愈发强烈,该期刊正是在如此关键的时刻应运而生。
《CSIAM应用数学会刊》由中国工业与应用数学学会与香港环球科学出版社合作出版,为英文季刊,在每年的3月、6月、9月、12月出版。
中国工业与应用数学学会理事长、北京大学副校长张平文院士担任主编,中国工业与应用数学学会副理事长、浙江大学数学科学学院院长包刚教授担任总编辑。

2020年4月30日上午9点,由中国运筹学会主办,中国工业与应用数学学会、国家自然科学基金委数理学部、中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院等多家单位联合举办的“运筹千里”纵横论坛拉开序幕。著名运筹专家罗智泉教授为大家带来了“工业与应用数学之乐趣”的精彩在线科普报告,受到了广大数学科技工作者和爱好者的热烈欢迎。
罗智泉教授在报告中分享了自己从事工业与应用数学工作的心得与经历,从开始时对工程界的陌生,到耐心理解工程师的语言、学会工程语言,提出实际问题的数学形式及获得数值解,最终得到工程师的信任与肯定。同时,他对优化及无线通信的基础概念进行了阐述,并通过移动信号覆盖、通信网络状态优化等无线通信和信号处理中的实际例子展示了优化与工程的相互作用。
针对如何做好工业与应用数学研究,他建议,从事工业数学、应用数学研究应该以解决工业界的实际问题为出发点,做问题驱动型的数学研究。同时,他指出,大家应根据自己的实际情况及兴趣点,挑选通信、金融、经济、医疗等某个特定领域进行深入钻研,学习该领域的专业语言,积极在该领域工程类的杂志上发表文章、在专业会议上发声,得到认可。选择好的合作伙伴也十分重要,尤其是要选择那些深耕不同专业领域且对数学有一定基础的。
此外,他强调,做好工业与应用数学研究最为重要的是要耐心、坚持、注重理解工程问题的本质;选择合作项目要十分小心,要找准关键数学问题;在工程与数学结合最前端时、建模之前介入项目。
在谈到工业与应用数学研究目标时,他提到,做工业与应用数学研究一方面是要证明定理,但更重要的是要解决实际问题,展示数学力量,实现产业效益。同时,不光解决工程问题,也可以把里面的数学模型扩展开来,解决更大类的功能问题,得到更多的数学结果,丰富数学内容。
在报告中他提到,近些年来,通过数学方法来解决工程问题逐渐得到各个领域专业人士的肯定,这是一种良性的思维转变。随着国内信息技术的发展,以华为、腾讯、京东、阿里等为代表的高科技企业对应用数学人才的需求将越来越迫切,应用数学在我国大有可为。
罗智泉教授广博的学识、睿智的语言、恰当的实例,深入浅出的报告让观看视频直播的观众近距离领略了应用数学大师的风采。在最后的互动环节中,不少听众纷纷向罗智泉教授提出自己的问题,互动环节气氛热烈。
据悉,“运筹千里”纵横论坛旨在加强运筹优化前沿学术交流、促进运筹优化青年人才培养,推动运筹优化生态环境建设,主要报告形式包括专家报告、青年沙龙、科普讲座。
“运筹千里”第二期纵横论坛将于5月10日邀请北京大学文再文研究员作题为“机器学习中的优化算法与分析选讲”的报告;第三期纵横论坛将于5月17日邀请美国斯坦福大学叶荫宇教授作题为“Optimization and Operations Research in Mitigation of the Virus Pandemic”的报告。

As the mathematics research institution of Chinese Academy of Sciences, AMSS pursues fundamental research of the highest level in all areas of mathematical sciences. - 摘要
同济大学数学科学学院始建于1945年,众多知名学者曾在此任教。学院目前有专职教师96人,其中国家级人才计划 专家10人,博士招生导师30余人。在2017年底教育部公布的全国第四轮学科评估中,同济大学数学学科获评A类学科(优秀学科)。2019年成立“智能计算与应用”同济大学数学中心。数学学科的所有博士后合作导师均可招收博士后进站工作。
一、招聘条件
申请人须具备以下基本条件:
1、拥护党的方针政策、遵纪守法、恪守学术道德规范、积极进取、踏实敬业、团结协作;获得博士学位不超过3年,或通过博士学位论文答辩的应届博士,年龄一般在35周岁(含35岁)以下;进第二站及以上博士后研究人员,获博士学位年限不受限制;申请者能够保证全职在站从事博士后研究工作;鼓励海外优秀博士申报。
2、申请人应以第一作者(包括博士导师第一作者,申请者为第二作者)或国际学术期刊的第一通讯作者或署名依国际惯例按照字母顺序排名,至少发表或接收发表1篇高水平的科研论文。
说明:科研论文水平需经同济大学数学科学学院数学博士后流动站站务专家组评定认可。
二、博士后待遇
博士后基本薪金24万/年(含学校基本用人成本),在站工作期限三年(特殊情况,可提前一年申请出站)。另外,获“博士后创新人才支持计划”资助,基本薪金为44万/年;获“博士后国际交流计划引进项目”资助,基本薪金为36万/年;获“上海市超级博士后计划”资助(15万类),基本薪金为36万/年;获“上海市超级博士后计划”资助(8万类),基本薪金为26万/年。同时,博士后依托同济大学博士后流动站,可申请“博士后国际交流计划派出项目”、“香江学者计划”、“中德博士后交流项目”。相应待遇及聘期根据项目规定执行,学校根据项目规定予以配套。
三、发展前景
博士后出站考核特别优秀者可申请留校任教,并申请学校的预聘副教授或预聘助理教授岗位,也可申请“同济大学青年百人计划B”的专职科研岗位。
