The Second International Workshop "Numerical Solution of Fractional Differential Equations and Applications" (NSFDE&A'22) will take place in June 8-13, 2022, Sozopol, Bulgaria: http://parallel.bas.bg/Conferences/NSFDE&A2022/

The workshop is organized by the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and MIV Consult Ltd. in cooperation with the Bulgarian Section of SIAM, and the Center of Excellence on Informatics and ICT. The NSFDE&A'22 will be held in Sozopol (ancient Apolonia), a picturesque town on the Black Sea coast, 36 km south of Bourgas. The Bourgas International Airport is 50 km to the north from Sozopol. The workshop will be organized as a hybrid event: a) presence at the conference venue in Sozopol; and b) online through the free (for the participants) software platform Zoom. Specific topics of interest (but not limited to) are the following: (i) fractional in space problems; (ii) fractional in time problems; (iii) multigrid solvers; (iv) coupled problems; (v) phase separation and image segmentation; (vi) parallel algorithms and HPC tools; (vii) applications in science and engineering.
