Deadline extended to 31st, July!

For the concern of quality of the conference and the related publications, it is decided to make some major changes of dates and methods in relation to paper submission. This is also a response to some participants deadline extension requirement. We, however, apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

In order to ensure the participants sufficient time for writing high quality papers, the submission deadline is set to be the 31st of July, 2005, and this would eventually be the final deadline.

The new deadlines will be
Submission of Full Paper for review: 31st July, 2005
Notification of Acceptance: 1st September, 2005
Submission of Camera Ready Manuscripts and a one page detailed abstract in Portable Document Format ".pdf": 20th September, 2005
Notification of Selected: 1st October, 2005
Submission of LaTex files of the selected full paper for the conference book: 20th October, 2005

For the participants who have already submitted their papers, our website will still open and their papers can be updated whenever the participants want until 23:59 (GMT+8) of 31st July, 2005.
