The aim of the conference is to bring together mathematicians with interests in conservation laws and kinetic theory (including the Euler equations, Navier-Stokes equations, the Boltzmann equation, and the general hyperbolic-parabolic systems, etc.), the related numerical analysis and applications to push forward the research in all of the focused areas.

An abstract may be in Latex or Tex or even in plain text, and should contain the speaker's both university affiliation and e-mail address.
Funding: A limited amount of funding is available to support the expenses of young researchers attending the conference. To apply for funding, please
request funding when sending in your registration information. Also include your cv with the following information:
