Theme: The focus of this workshop is to highlight some emerging numerical methods in the simulation and characterization of micro-to-nano devices, especially fast EM algorithms for parameter extractions,stochastic methods for modeling rough surfaces in the fabrication of interconnects, quantum modeling  of nanodevices.
