We are sending this message to draw your attention to the Eighth Pacific Rim Conference in Mathematics, which will take place this year at U.C. Berkeley in the week of 3rd to 7th August.

The Pacific Rim Conference is a major mathematical meeting that meets every three or four years and that draws together researchers across a broad range of fields. The plenary speakers for the upcoming August meeting include:

Yihong Du, School of Science and Technology, University of New England, Australia.

Guofang Wei, Department of Mathematics, U.C. Santa Barbara.
Ofer Zeitouni, Department of Mathematics, Weizmann Institute of Science.

There are ten sessions spanning a broad range of contemporary mathematics.
