Tensor network methods are taking a central role in modern quantum physics and beyond. They can provide a good compressed approximation to certain classes of quantum states, and the associated graphical language makes it easy to describe and pictorially reason about quantum circuits, channels, protocols, open systems and more. At the same time, methods from graph theory have been employed to formulate general statements about quantum transport, based on the support connectivity graph of a systems Hamiltonian. In this workshop, we will invite some famous scientists in quantum information theory to report their important works on tensor network and related problems in quantum information. The workshop should be accessible for graduate students and advanced undergraduates and bring those attending to the forefrontof some current research challenges.
