The past ten years has witnessed the explosion of massive and complexed data arising from a variety of fields such as business, economics and biometry. This raises the great challenge to the traditional statistical world for the modeling and analysis of such data. This symposium aims to bring together over 40 world leading statisticians, active statistical colleagues, and data scientists, to share the recent advances of theory and methodology as well as applications in statistics and data sciences.
