Manuscript Submission
To speed up the refereeing and publication processes, all transactions and communications between the journal and the authors will be done electronically. All manuscripts should be in PDF format. All received submissions will be acknowledged.
Please see our information pages on Ethical policy for GSP journals
Submission of Accepted Manuscripts
If a paper is accepted, the editorial office will ask the authors to send in the electronic files (the (La)TeX files of the manuscript, the electronic files of the artwork and a pdf file of the whole paper) of the accepted paper by e-mail.
Upon receipt by the Editorial Office the files will be used for production purposes unless the authors are notified that their paper will be typeset and printed in the traditional manner.
Submission Policy and Copyright
Submission of a manuscript implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted elsewhere.
It is required that authors provide a Transfer of Copyright to the Publisher. The signed Consent to Publish gives the Publisher the Author(s)' permission to publish the Work. The signed Transfer of Copyright empowers the Publisher on behalf of the Author(s) to protect the Work and its image against any unauthorized use, and to properly authorize dissemination of the work. This includes printed publications, offprints, reprints, electronic files, licensed photocopies, microform editions, translations, and document delivery. It also covers secondary information sources such as abstracting, reviewing and indexing services, including converting the Work into machine-readable form, and storing it in electronic databases. The Editors will supply the necessary forms for this transfer.
