AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper we show the well-posedness and stability of the Maxwell scattering problem with the transparent boundary condition. The proof depends on the well-posedness of the time-harmonic Maxwell scattering problem with complex wave numbers which is also established.</p>
