AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper we present a generalized lattice Boltzmann based approach
for sliding-mesh local reference frame. This scheme exactly conserves hydrodynamic
fluxes across local reference frame interface. The accuracy and robustness of our scheme
are demonstrated by benchmark validations.</p>
