AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper, the Fourier collocation method for solving the generalized Benjamin-Ono equation with periodic boundary conditions is analyzed. Stability of the semi-discrete scheme is proved and error estimate in $H^{1/2}$-norm is obtained.</p>
