AB -  In  this  paper,  we  consider  the  series  of  Padovan  numbers.  Thereby,  we  introduce  universal 
coding  scheme  based  on  Padovan  numbers.  This  universal  coding  are  used  in  source  coding  as  well  as  in 
cryptography.
