AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper, we propose a Lotka-Volterra prey-predator system with discrete delays and feedback control. Firstly, we show that solution of the system
is bounded. Secondly, we obtain sufficient condition for the global stability of
the unique positive equilibrium to the system.</p>
