AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper, K-controllability and approximate K-controllability of non-linear neutral differential equations in Banach spaces are studied. Sufficient conditions
are established for each of these types of controllability. The results are obtained by
using Leray-Schauder theory.</p>
