AB - <p style="text-align: justify;">In this paper, we consider the decomposition of Zinbiel algebras with a
special bilinear form which are called quadratic Zinbiel algebras. We obtain that the
decomposition into irreducible ideals of a quadratic Zinbiel algebra is unique under
an isometry.</p>
